General Description:
The mobile gs ms is comprised of a gc/ms, a multi-tube thermal desorption unit; a tube conditioner; a nitrogen generator; a hydrogen generator; a glove box and computer module (hardware and software needed for chemical analysis. A sample collection kit, sample preparation kit and tool kit is used with the mobile gc/ms hardware. This equipment is mounted in a temperature c ontrolled commercial ford e-350 super cargo van with a roof mounted air conditioner and belly mounted 7kw generator; the mobile gc ms system is 235 inches length, 80 inches width, 93 inches height, 130 square feet, 1012 cubic feet and weight of 8500 pounds.
