Tube end shall conform to sae j1453 with the following ammendments: process induced circumferential witness marks are allowable on the face of the tube end provided the integrity of the sealing surface is not compromised, process induced bulging, defined as the local swelling of the tube diameter behind the tube sleeve, shall be no greater than .015 inches over the actual tube outer diameter. Imerse and flush each tube or hose assembly with safety-kleen premium solvent or the equivilant, (safety-kleen premium solvent is cage 0s0j2, p/n 6605. Blow dry nitrogen to dry. Remove remaining particles from tube or hose assembly using pneumatic gun and polyurethane foam projectile. Openings shall be capped and sealed air tight immediately after cleaning, process caps with the same grade of cleanliness. Plastic tape is allowed to hold caps, however the use of tape as a cap is prohibited
