Functional Description:
Used to perform functional test of the fan during overhaul of the ecs cabin air conditioning gasper fan p/n 21520. Fixture provides a mtg base to support the fan during test; to provide for elect pwr and pwr measurements to connect to the fan calibrated, orificed duct to simulate the operational fan load. Designed to operate in conjunction w/agerds a01043 ammeter, a04303 wattmeter, a02532 voltmeter and a04375 manometer
