General Description:
The rps is a part of the receiverfront end, and consists of a 40db waveguide directional coupler, a band pass filter, a tr limiter, and a 20db coaxial directional coupler at the output.The waveguide directional coupler couples in a tr test target, when present, at the input of the unit.The band pass filter rejects frequencies outside the band, and the tr limiter assembly limits any large rf transients present in the signal.The assembly also provides a sensitivity time constant to vary the rf attenuation in step with the input voltage 0 to 11.7 vdc to its attenuator.The 20db directional coupler couples in a pam test target, when present, to the output of the unit.Dimensions 29.90 in.L by 6.75 in.H
